<p>The RoofBuild application, including all software code, user interface designs, graphics, icons, logos, and text content, is the exclusive property of RoofBuild and is protected by United States and international copyright law.</p>
<h2>What We Own</h2>
<ul>
<li>The RoofBuild name, logo, and brand identity</li>
<li>All original source code and software architecture</li>
<li>UI/UX design, screen layouts, and visual assets created for the app</li>
<li>Proprietary AI prompt logic and processing workflows</li>
<li>Marketing materials, documentation, and support content</li>
</ul>
<h2>What You Own</h2>
<p>You retain full copyright ownership of all content you create or upload, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Customer records and project data you enter</li>
<li>Photos you capture or upload to a project</li>
<li>Documents (Eagle View PDFs, insurance estimates) you upload</li>
<li>Build sheets and reports generated from your data</li>
</ul>
<p>By uploading content, you grant RoofBuild a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store that content solely to provide the RoofBuild service to you.</p>
<h2>Third-Party Content Rights</h2>
<p>RoofBuild does not contain third-party owned content such as music, videos, or licensed databases. The app uses open-source software libraries, each governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).</p>
<p>Eagle View® is a registered trademark of EagleView Technologies, Inc. RoofBuild is not affiliated with or endorsed by EagleView Technologies, Inc. We process Eagle View reports at the direction of our users who have obtained those reports through legitimate channels.</p>
<h2>Restrictions</h2>
<p>You may not, without prior written permission from RoofBuild:</p>
<ul>
<li>Copy, reproduce, or distribute the RoofBuild software or branding</li>
<li>Create derivative works based on the app</li>
<li>Reverse-engineer or decompile the application</li>
<li>Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices</li>
</ul>
<h2>DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims</h2>
<p>If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to <a href="mailto:support@roofbuild.app">support@roofbuild.app</a> with:</p>
<ol>
<li>Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed</li>
<li>Identification of the infringing material and its location</li>
<li>Your contact information</li>
<li>A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized</li>
<li>A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf</li>
