<h2>1. Acceptance of Terms</h2>
<p>By downloading, installing, or using RoofBuild, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.</p>
<h2>2. Description of Service</h2>
<p>RoofBuild is a mobile application for roofing professionals that uses AI to analyze Eagle View measurement reports, insurance estimates, and job-site photos to generate material build sheets and project documentation.</p>
<h2>3. Account Registration</h2>
<p>You must create an account to use core features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.</p>
<h2>4. Acceptable Use</h2>
<p>You agree to use RoofBuild only for lawful roofing business purposes. You must not:</p>
<ul>
<li>Upload documents or data you do not have the right to use</li>
<li>Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service</li>
<li>Use the app to violate any applicable law or regulation</li>
<li>Impersonate other users or submit false information</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. AI-Generated Estimates — Important Disclaimer</h2>
<p>Build sheets and material quantities generated by RoofBuild are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided as <strong>estimates only</strong>. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for direct use in material orders without independent verification.</p>
<p>You acknowledge that actual material requirements may differ from estimates. RoofBuild is not liable for losses resulting from over- or under-ordering based on app-generated estimates.</p>
<h2>6. Intellectual Property</h2>
<p><strong>Your Content:</strong> You retain full ownership of all documents, photos, and data you upload. By using the app, you grant RoofBuild a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.</p>
<p><strong>Our Content:</strong> The RoofBuild app, its design, code, and branding are owned by RoofBuild and protected by copyright and trademark law. See our <a href="/copyright">Copyright Notice</a>.</p>
<h2>7. Subscriptions & Billing</h2>
<p>Certain features require a paid subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.</p>
<h2>8. Termination</h2>
<p>You may stop using RoofBuild and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.</p>
<h2>9. Limitation of Liability</h2>
<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including damages from reliance on AI-generated estimates.</p>
<h2>10. Governing Law</h2>
<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.</p>
<h2>11. Changes to Terms</h2>
<p>We may update these Terms. We will provide at least 14 days notice before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.</p>
